Step 1. Requesting organizations should refer to the Course
Catalog to identify the M&S University
course(s) that best accommodate identified mission needs. If in doubt, go to
Step 2 and contact us to discuss which course(s) may be most appropriate.
Step 2. Requesting organizations should contact Larry Harris via email lharris@alionscience.com to
discuss specific M&S Education course requirements or areas of
interest. Ideally, this should occur at least 90 days prior to the desired
instruction event. If your desired course is within the 90-day window, call us anyway and we’ll make every effort
to provide the service you need.
Step 3. Once course requirements have been determined,
requesting organization will receive a formal response from Denny Murphy
indicating what it would take for the MSIAC M&S University to bring the
requested course(s) to the specified location(s) (e.g., costs involved,
“on-site” support requirements, etc.).
This will occur within two weeks
of receipt of course(s) request.
Step 4. Once this proposal has been reviewed/approved by
the requesting organization, the MSIAC M&S University will begin preparing
the requested course(s) for presentation on specified date(s) at prescribed
location(s). Ideally, this will occur not later than 60 days prior to the desired
instruction event.
Step 5. MSIAC M&S University will coordinate and
finalize visit arrangements.
Interaction will take place on an “as-needed”
basis until the course presentations have been completed.
