DoD Modeling and Simulation Orientation
The DoD M&S Orientation provides senior leaders with a broad perspective of the latest developments in M&S throughout DoD. Participants will be able to apply essential knowledge of current and projected DoD M&S policies, procedures, organizations, and issues to decisions that involve modeling and simulation in their organizations. The curriculum addresses the DoD M&S Master Plan, its various components, and the major M&S issues confronting DoD today and in the future. The DoD M&S Orientation can be tailored for the recipients to ensure that the learning is focused on their areas of responsibility, with typical course lengths of 60 to 90 minutes depending on the amount of M&S information and perspectives that are presented.
